Here are some of the reasons so many agents have chosen to promote their listings with photos from us
I've always loved photography. I bought my first 110 film camera at about 12 years old and haven't stopped clicking since. I've still got boxes of printed photos from that camera. Family vacations, school trips, birthday parties, etc. When I was about 18, I upgradeded to 35MM and took lots of photos of my years in the army, soccergames, and more family gatherings.
One thing is certain with photography. The industry has changed more in the last 15 years than in the 100 years before that. The digital photography era arrived and exploded with new options, capabilities and constant innovation. I finally bought my first decent digital camera in about 2003 and started exploring the capabilities, but the technology hadn't progressed enough to really compete with the quality of film cameras.
I finally decided to convert to digital photography for real estate in 2005 and purchased my first digital SLR camera, a Nikon D50. That truly felt that was the first digital camera that I felt competed with film, but also expanded some of the features only available with digital. It was eye opening. 4 upgraded Nikons and I am shooting with results that just wasn't available back then. Nowadays, the camera sensors, bracketing features, remote flashes, incredible software, and online training techniques really have transformed this industry into something we had never dreamed of back in the days of my little 110.
So basically, I've been shooting Ventura County Real Estate Photography since 2007 and have constantly honed techniques, upgraded equipment and expanded the possibilites. 11 years and over 2000 properties later, I am sure you and your clients will be happy with the level of quality, professionalism, and affordability I can offer for your listings.
